Bay & Beyond Stays (“we”, “us”) collects personal data — your name, email, and phone number — when you make an enquiry through this website.

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking. We do not share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@bayandbeyondstays.co.uk. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Terms & Conditions

Booking: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit and our written confirmation. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Please do not exceed this limit without prior agreement.

Dogs: A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs is permitted at a charge of £30 per stay. Dogs must not be left unattended in the property.

Damage Deposit: A £200 refundable damage deposit is taken with the final balance. It is returned within 7 days of departure, less any deductions.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 4:00 pm; check-out by 10:00 am.

We reserve the right to ask guests to vacate if these conditions are not observed, without refund.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to hello@bayandbeyondstays.co.uk.

We strongly recommend taking out holiday travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
